Sorry but I just realized I was a little behind on these. We have a membership to Thanksgiving Point, so we go to the Farm Country as often as we can. Here are some pictures from one of our visits.

(or petting zoo as Chris calls it)
petting one of the little ponies
some bunny rabbits
The little man wearing his Elmo sunglasses
riding the pony....this is probably his favorite part of the whole Farm Country
some sheep
the best part of the whole day....a popsicle
After the Farm Country we went over to see the Hidden Falls, and had a little picnic there

Stopping to smell the flowers
For Pioneer Weekend (July 24) we went to the Days of 47 Rodeo in Salt Lake, then on Saturday we went up to Ogden to the Pioneer Days Rodeo. Didn't get any pix of the Days of 47 Rodeo.... but did of the Pioneer Days Rodeo.

holding his hat over his heart during the national anthem. This one is really special because his Uncle Will left for Afghanistan two days before this picture was taken.
checking out the bucken bulls!

Over this summer we've made it to 5 rodeos, and there is one more the end of October still to go to. He loves going and watching all the ropers, bare back riders, saddle bronchs, and of course the bull riders. Some of the rodeos started later in the evening so it was a little tough for him to stay awake all the way to the bull riders. But he sure has a great time watching all of them.
