In March we headed out for what is becoming a yearly trip to Hawaii. This year we went to Kailua-Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii. This was Chris' 2nd trip to the Big Island, and his 5th trip to Hawaii. He made his first trip to Hawaii to Kailua-Kona when he was 6 months old. Since then he went to Maui when he was 11 months old. He went with me and his Papa Bob to Oahu when he was 19 months old to celebrate his mommy finishing her Medical Technologist program. Then at 22 months we went to Kauai. He's starting to like the beach and the ocean now. I'm looking forward to many more trips out there with him. Maybe next time we will even try surfing lessons.
