4 Years Old

I took Christopher in for his 4 year old pictures. They turned out SO GREAT! We had so much fun doing all these pictures and then doing all the different enhancements to them. I can't believe my little guy is 4 years old already!

so cute!

I love this one with his cute little toes

Gotta have a Hawaiian theme to go with his shirt

what a QT!

Chris loves all his cowboy clothes, so we always have to do pictures with all his cowboy gear.

"Tuff Enuff to Wear Pink"

a different enhancement

his shirt even has the pink ribbon on the front. Gramma Bev made the shirt for him for Christmas, and he absolutely loves this shirt!

Yup, he can even swing the rope pretty darn good, and he's been working on roping steers with his Uncle Randy

Don't mess with this cowboy

Aw, he found his smile again

"Howdy ladies"

His chaps have his initials on them, and he even has his own spurs for his boots

And some fun collages we had made.....

He is such a character. He is such a good kid when we go in for pictures, the photographers have so much fun taking his pictures. But, then it makes it so hard for me to pick out which ones are the best.... they all turn out so GOOD!

Happy Easter!

The Easter Bunny brought the little man a new set of diving toys, a snorkel and mask, and a basket of goodies.

He couldn't wait to take his new toys into the bath tube to try them out

Later that day Chris and I went to see Rio in the theater, then we went and met Jared for lunch and took a nice little Sunday drive. We had a great day!

Zoo Trip

A few weeks ago we all decided to go to the zoo again. Chris loves running around and looking at all the animals.

I got him to wear the bunny ears to try and get some easter pictures

This looks like a good place to have a rest

Chris really likes the peacocks too

Happy Birthday!

I can't believe my little boy has turned 4 already! It seems like just yesterday that I was in the hospital having the little guy. Here's a little look back at the tiny little guy, 4 years ago...

hard to believe he was only 4lb 15 oz... he looks a lot bigger in this picture

having my hand in front of him helps to show how tiny he really was when he was first born. Not too bad for being 5 weeks early.

For his birthday this year he wanted to go to Funtime Inflatables so he could jump around and play with all his cousins and friends.

In this inflatable there were giant boxing gloves that the kids could put on and box each other. It was really hard to get them to stand still for a picture.

Christopher, Austin (friend), and Tristan (cousin) playing in the "boxing ring"
Again, it was tough to get pictures of them standing still so I gave up on trying to get pictures there.

Party Time!

he picked out a Star Wars theme for his party this year, here he is with his Star Wars cake

Some new boots!

another light saber, but this one lights up and makes noise

some new hot wheels and a semi truck carrier for them

He has been wanting this "toy" for months now! Its a covered wagon with two horses pulling it. We still aren't exactly sure why he wanted it so bad, but he did so we go it for him. Later he said this was his favorite toy he got for his birthday.

more Hot Wheels!!

$5!!! WOOHOO

more Star Wars toys! Yoda and Obi Won!

he doesn't look as excited about $20, guess he doesn't understand $$ yet.... he took his birthday money and went and got another Star Wars toys

PINATA!!

I decided to try my hand at making a pinata for the birthday party. It didn't turn out too bad. We painted it black and put a Darth Vader mask on it and let the kids go to town on it.

Bryce taking a turn at Darth Vader

Chris' turn.... we had to keep telling the kids to stay back

Scotty's turn

now Tristan

George finally broke the pinata... I'd say it did good... made it to the oldest and biggest kid before it broke

Baby Ashley is just too cute

Most of the kids from the party

Bryce & Rachel (extended cousins), Lainey & Lexie (cousins), Chris, Tristan & George (cousins), Scotty & Ashley (cousins).

Chris had a great time at his Birthday party. He told me that he had fun, and that he was so glad Scotty could be there. As you can tell Scotty is definitely his favorite cousin. However, I'm pretty sure he had a great time with everyone. Thanks every one for making his party so much FUN!
