With all the rain we've been having, the pasture by Jared's brother's house had flooded. They decided to take a canoe out and check out how deep it was and see if they could catch any of the fish that had gotten out there.

after watching them, Chris decided that he wanted to go out in the canoe too
he thought it was pretty cool
trying to find and catch some fish.... they didn't have any luck, and they said Chris didn't really like it much when they got out in the bushes and the fish were flopping around
it was so wet out there, they had to sit on the roof of the barn
bringing the canoe in
